The purposes of this research were (1) to study the operation of internal quality assurance
according to the educational quality assurance system of basic education school in Lamphun educational
service area; (2) to compare the operation of internal quality assurance according to the educational quality
assurance system of basic education school in Lamphun educational service area in Different of the levels
and (3) to study problems and recommendation to solve problems of internal quality assurance according to
the educational quality assurance system of basic education school in Lamphun educational service area
The populations are basic education school in Lamphun educational service area, which formal
education, Total 241 schools. The sample consisted of 178 schools, cluster sampling by school in Different
of the levels. The persons who give data are to have to do with internal quality assurance according to the
educational quality assurance system. The instrument employed in the research was a questionnaire with the
reliability of .97. The statistics for data analysis were the frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard
deviation, ANOVA and Tukey's HSD test
The research findings were as follows: (1) the whole process of internal quality assurance as
practiced in basic education school in Lamphun educational service area was at the moderate level. (2)
When the Compare with the operation of internal quality assurance according to the educational quality
assurance system of basic education school in Lamphun educational service area in Different of the levels
regarding the process of internal quality assurance as practiced in schools were compared, it was found that
their operation were significantly different at the .05 level. Regarding the operation of the processes of
internal quality assurance as practiced in schools of different level, significant difference at the .05 level
was found with the all process practiced in all level schools. All this the school which to manage education
in 3 – 4 level has mean of practiced more than 1-3 and 1-2 level and 1-3 level more than 1-2 level. (3) the
most of problems is to lack of human resources and to need knowledge and understanding of internal
quality assurance system. Recommendations to solve problems are to train and they should to evaluate and
develop must be continuous process and together.
